It comes from Alex McMillan with 20 years background in the recruitment industry and sales training. He has seen in reality just how much is lost by companies on new staff costs and time that resulted in high overheads, drop outs and low productivity.
Ian Ford is the Business Manager and leading the company towards its international growth plan. Ian having served in the British Army and with significant worldwide experience won the top position on our competitive assessment day. Ian is thus the ideal person to help you achieve your goals, thus achieving our own.

Meet the Team
Ian Ford - Business Manager
Ian started his career as a professional soldier, where he developed his natural tendency for discipline, determination, clear communication, integrity and the importance of teamwork in achieving goals.
Shortly after the launch of Success Moves, Ian was the winner of a 'Sales Selection Interview' Day having achieved outstanding marks in each of the tasks.
He has now been appointed Business Manager with brief and authority to build the company and achieve its international goal.

Alex McMillan - Founder
Alex founded Success Moves on the back of a successful career in recruitment and sales training. Always creative, he looks constantly at ways of improving business. He has six published books, including 'Advanced Selling for Beginners', which is based upon sales training in Stockbroking, Recruitment and various other industries.
Alex, a certified NLP trainer and qualified teacher, focuses on ensuring that the quality of training he delivers generates great sales results for our clients.
He is also the founder of the £100K Club (www.100kclub.eu) which is aimed at aspiring sales professionals wishing to achieve over £100,000 per annum.

Rob Wynne - Selection and Training Manager
Wynne by name Winner by nature. Rob graduated in Business and Finance and with a PGCE is a qualified teacher. A background in professional business training ranging from schools to high performance sales teams. He is particularly interested in high performance from a sports and nutritional perspective and how people can attain their best.
As Selection and Training Manager with the team he runs the weekend interview assessment events but is responsible for ensuring and improving quality standards and appropriateness to provide people of the required calibre for our clients.

Tumi Iyinkanmi - Recruitment Consultant
Tumi is a consistent and determined peak performer focused on achievement. Succeeded in attaining highest marks on the practical Success Moves sales selection interview day. First class honours degree in Economics followed by a MSc with distinction in Investment and Finance.
Tumi has career coached people in confidence building and helping them to be all they can be.
