For Trainee positions, if selected you will be invited to a Sales Selection Assessment Day. These are client specific. We will assess your skills, determination and natural sales ability through various assessments. (All costs are paid for by the client.) Please note we do not do interviews or meet anyone personally for trainee positions.
If you pass the Sales Selection Assessments, you will attend the intensive Sales and Attitude training day. Following this you will make a sales pitch call to the client. Those that are selected will start their new career immediately after.
