What is the Interview Process Day

We advertise all over the Internet and use other methods to invite applcations to a position.  Those successful at this stage are invited to the Interview Process Day.  Typically we will invite about 100 people.  Of this number about 60 will confirm their attendance as requested.  Of this number about 30 will turn up.  They have pssed the first test!  Most of the events are held on Saturdays.

We are effeicent as we don't waste any time on those who do not turn up to interview.  Any Personnel Manager will tell you this is about half.  We then in the first half of the day start by representing the opportunity in detail.  We then run group exercises to assess who is most suitable for the position.  It is ran to professional standards with at least two Success Moves staff making judgements to reject at three stages of the day.  The short list is then presented for 121 interview and then final decisions are made.

It is a far more effective selection process that gets the most appropriate sales talent to the top.  Candidates have to prove and exhibit their talent and skills not just claim them.  They have already proved by arriving that they are serious and hungry for sales success.  Having seen that they have won against competition they also start their new position with a very positive attitude.  It is a highly effective machine that consistently produces, prepares and sets up winners for sales success.

The product can be bought as a one off or as part of an ongoing 'fee on results' basis from Success Moves.  (There are never any charges to candidates nor anything sold to them at events.)

We invite candidates according to their motivations and CV. Attendance and success on the assessments is the only way to proceed to the Interview in the afternoon. Make sure you do not arrive late, as 'talking the talk' is the not the same as 'walking the walk'. Those who succeed to the end of the day will be presented to the company.  Often the client will be at the event.
At three stages of the morning you will be assessed and need to pass to continue.

Structure of the day

Just bring along a passport sized photograph on the day.
Make sure you arrive on time in smart corporate dress.  Gentleman must wear suits, ties and be clean shaven. There will be refreshments available for purchase, also bottled water is supplied free of charge. All equipment such as pens and paper will be provided where necessary. All of the venue, material and trainer costs are paid for by the client. Applicants pay nothing apart from the travel cost to get there.
