We have two certificated sales training programmes available. They have been designed specifically for high growth companies. The first is the beginners/intermediate selling course and the second the Advanced Certification. They have both been designed by Alex McMillan author of “Advanced Selling for Beginners” and other leading Success/Business books.
The basic sales programme consists of 8 half day modules. The advanced certification has 12 modules, five of which teach NLP and other advanced language patterns usage in sales. Both programmes have been designed based upon the practices of top performing sales professionals. Each individual is audited and assessed by the Success Moves training team led by Rob Wynne for their present performance, usually by listening in to their phone calls. They will be marked on rapport building, listening, using what they have heard, spinning, objection handling, closing etc. Then a specific goals and coaching will be set for that individual who is then re-assessed at each month end.
Everyone receives a personal sales development manual monitoring and encouraging their progress. This has to be signed off on completion. To be certified they also have to be signed off after displaying practical application and delivery of that skill.
