Rupinder is our Business Development Partner and has spent over 15 years in sales as a top biller. Most of this as a stockbroker, based in the City of London and then for over 6 years in Frankfurt. Rupinder within 6 months of his broking career achieved a consistent five figure a month income and went on to be one of the top performing senior brokers in the industry. Involved in raising finance for listed companies he specialised in Small and Large Cap, CFDs, Bonds Commodities such as Vintage Wines and more latterly Bio Fuels and other Green investments. He has always risen to top performing broker in whatever team he was in and moreover has led teams. Through his vast network of industry contacts he now puts senior deals together.

Wynne by name Winner by nature. Rob graduated in Business and Finance and with a PGCE is also a qualified teacher. A background in professional business training ranging from schools to high performance sales teams. He has also led in telephone sales in the financial services sector. He is particularly interested in high performance from a sports and nutritional perspective and how people can attain their best. As Training Manager he leads and trains our presenters of both our main hotel recruitment events and our smaller ones in client premises. Tracy is responsible for the behind the scenes processing that ensures success at our leading and unique interview Process Days. Tracy has spent several years in her early career in Management for a major international pharmaceutical group. She then moved her career into teaching. In this capacity she has worked with small children, special needs and is currently completing the final stage of a teaching related degree at the University of Chichester specifically researching gender issues in learning. She has designed, developed and manages the operations system for the company as a whole. Additionally she has been a major contributor with the design of the Interview Process Day events incorporating professional standards.
